On May 23rd, discover a unique blend of wellness and companionship with Puppy Yoga by Pawsitive Stretch, where you can experience rejuvenating yoga classes accompanied by adorable, adoptable rescue puppies! Our sessions are designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness while providing a delightful atmosphere enriched by canine companions. Join us to cultivate your practice, enhance your well-being, and enjoy the playful presence of our adorable pups in a serene environment. This special event class will support the work of Bring Change to Mind organization for mental health awareness, in addition to the usual 30% of sales being donated to Four Paws Cat and K9 Rescue, who will provide the puppies for the class! The class will consist of 40 minutes of yoga, led by a certified instructor, with the puppies playing and climbing all over you. After the class, you'll have 15 minutes of play time to give them your undivided attention, and maybe meet your next furry family member! Tickets to this special event are $45, which includes your donation to Bring Change to Mind. Come on out and have a great time, and feel great knowing you're helping raise awareness of mental health issues and animals in need.
