What's the best way to contact you if my question is not answered below?

Hop on over to our Contact page, drop us a line, and we will get right back with you.

My business or organization would like to be a venue partner to host your events - what should we do?

If you'd like to host Pawsitive Stretch events at your location, just fill out the Venue Interest form and we will reach out to you to talk about the possbilities!

Do you have a newsletter I can sign up to receive?

You bet!  Just click here to sign up to receive our newsletter.  We won't spam your inbox, you'll get updates every couple months or so.

Do I need to bring a dog with me?
We would love to meet your pooch, but please do not bring your dog.  The rescue puppies cannot interact with dogs outside the rescue until they are adopted, in order to manage what they are exposed to as they receive all their vaccines and treatments.

What is your refund policy?
As our class sizes are limited, and we guarantee a minimum donation to our rescue partners, all class registrations are non-refundable.

What do I need to bring?
Since we are working with puppies, accidents do happen! So, we provide the yoga mats. You may bring bottled water, and wear comfortable clothing. We will have staff walking around while class is in session to clean up any messes and wrangle the pups as necessary.

Do I need to know yoga to do this?
Not at all! Our classes are geared towards all levels, and because of the puppies, tend to be pretty casual. The purpose is to have fun!

Do you provide any other classes?
We currently offer Puppy Yoga and Kitty Yoga.  As our network of rescue organizations grows, we may have some unique sessions with some other critters.  Stay tuned to our socials to find out!  Eventually, we would love to have art therapy courses, classes for senior dogs, and other wellness services centered around rescue animals.

How can I adopt a puppy after class?
This is our ultimate goal! After our 45 minute yoga class, we will provide students with 15 minutes of socialization time and photo ops with the pups. If you want to provide a forever home to one of the animals, we will connect you with the rescue staff on site, and they will guide you on the application and adoption process for their rescue.

What if I'm allergic to dogs but still want to help?
We offer direct links to our rescues on the Rescue Partners page, so that you can donate directly to them if you would like.
