Come on out to support Silent Paws and discover a unique blend of wellness and companionship with Puppy Yoga by Pawsitive Stretch - where you can experience rejuvenating yoga classes accompanied by adorable, adoptable puppies from local rescue organizations! Our sessions are designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness while providing a delightful atmosphere enriched by canine companions. Join us to cultivate your practice, enhance your well-being, and enjoy the playful presence of playful pups in a serene environment. Classes consist of 45 minutes of yoga, led by a certified instructor, with the dogs playing and climbing all over you. After the class, you'll have 15 minutes of play time to give them your undivided attention! The puppies for this class will come from Pawsitive Change in Berkley, and they will receive 25% of all sales as a donation for their mission.
