Puppy Yoga With Rescues, For Rescues
Welcome to Pawsitive Stretch, where yoga enthusiasts of all levels come together to experience the joy of yoga while helping adorable puppies find their fur-ever homes.

Our Puppy Yoga classes offer a unique blend of gentle poses and playful interactions - and all the puppies have been rescued by animal welfare organizations all throughout Metro Detroit. Every puppy (or kitty!) you share the class with is available for adoption! Even if you can't adopt, your participation in the class helps to support the rescue, and provide valuable socialization for the pups. Don't forget you can also become a hero to the dogs in need by becoming a foster home for the rescues!
