[Ages 12 and over welcome, when booked with a parent or guardian] Discover the cutest, cuddliest possible combination of wellness and companionship with Kitten Yoga by Pawsitive Stretch, where you can experience rejuvenating yoga classes accompanied by adorable, adoptable rescue kittens! Our sessions are designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness while providing a delightful atmosphere enriched by tiny feline companions. Join us to cultivate your practice, enhance your well-being, and enjoy the playful presence of our adorable cats in a serene environment. Classes consist of 45 minutes of yoga, led by a certified instructor, with the kittens playing and climbing all over you. After the class, you'll have 15 minutes of play time to give them your undivided attention, and maybe meet your next furry family member! 25% of all sales from this class will be donated to the Pawsitive Change rescue based in Lincoln Park, and they will be providing adoptable kittens for the class!
